Terms of Use

Effective date: 7 October 2026

Draft terms for using Smooth Brains. Read the Risk Disclosure before you connect a wallet or enable trading.

Agreement

These Terms of Use describe how Smooth Brains (the “Service”) is offered today. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

Smooth Brains is non-custodial software for Bitcoin perpetual futures on Hyperliquid. You connect your own wallet. You sign every move. Smooth Brains never holds your keys and cannot withdraw your funds.

The Service can submit trades only under the trade permissions you grant. It is not a bank, broker, or custodian.

Not financial advice

Nothing on the site, in the app, or in published performance artifacts is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You decide whether to trade and how much to allocate.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You must check that using the Service is legal where you live. Smooth Brains does not offer the Service where it is prohibited. That includes US persons where Hyperliquid restrictions apply. You are responsible for your own legal compliance.

Fees

Smooth Brains charges a performance fee: 20% of monthly trading-account equity growth above your high-water mark, after capital-flow adjustment for deposits and withdrawals. No performance fee is charged when equity is below that mark. You sign the fee payment. Hyperliquid’s own trading fees are separate and are charged by the venue.

No guarantee of availability

The website, APIs, workers, and third-party venues can be interrupted, delayed, or wrong. Smooth Brains does not guarantee that the Service will be available, that an order will be accepted, or that any trade will be executed.

Risk and results

Crypto and perpetual futures trading is highly risky. You can lose all funds you allocate. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Read the Risk Disclosure at /risk before you use the Service.
